Rest Well

Inspired by a meditation I learned from Deepak Chopra, be prepared to relax your body and mind so that you can find peace and rest well. Use this meditation to facilitate falling asleep at bedtime, when you need a power nap, or anytime you need to take some time for yourself to recharge.
